Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, the customer authorizes the charge of the total order amount, including applicable taxes, to the selected payment method. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized. If a payment cannot be authorized, the order will not be completed.
Billing Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including the billing address associated with the payment method. Inaccurate billing details may result in payment failure or delays in order processing.
Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails, the payment method is not charged and the order is not created. Common causes include incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or a mismatch in billing information. If a transaction fails repeatedly, contact the card issuer or payment provider, or reach out to support@glamzah.com for assistance.
Fraud Prevention Measures
Orders may be screened for potential risk or fraud. In some cases, additional verification may be requested before an order is processed. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled, and any authorized amount will be released or refunded to the original payment method.
Payment Disputes
If there is a concern about a charge, contact support@glamzah.com before initiating a dispute with the payment provider, so the issue can be reviewed and resolved directly. Glamzah reserves the right to provide transaction records and delivery documentation to payment providers in the event of a payment dispute.
Refund Method Policy
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card, account, or payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 Business Days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the account may vary depending on the payment provider or card issuer. Full refund conditions are described in the Refund and Returns Policy.
