Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 Business Days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-09:00) Alaska Standard Time (AKST) will begin processing on the following business day.

Daily Cutoff Time

The daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT-09:00) Alaska Standard Time (AKST), Monday to Friday. Orders received before this time begin processing on the same business day. Orders received after this time are processed starting the next business day.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–6 Business Days, depending on the destination within the United States. Transit times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and may vary based on carrier operations and destination.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time, including both processing and transit, is 5–10 Business Days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. No shipping charges are applied at checkout, regardless of order size or destination state. Applicable taxes, where required by law, are calculated separately at checkout.

Shipping Regions

Glamzah currently ships to all states within the United States. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses outside the United States at this time.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number is provided by email. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system after dispatch. Orders can be tracked using the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email. For assistance with tracking, contact support@glamzah.com.

Address Change Requests

Address change requests must be submitted before the order has been dispatched. To request an address change, contact support@glamzah.com or call +1 (945) 206 0612 during business hours as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact support@glamzah.com with the order number. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; in this case, the order may be eligible for return under the conditions described in the Refund & Return Policy.

Delayed Shipments

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of Glamzah’s control. If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact support@glamzah.com with the order number and the issue will be investigated with the shipping carrier.

Lost Shipments

If tracking information indicates that a shipment has not moved or has not been delivered within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery time, contact support@glamzah.com. Glamzah will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, contact support@glamzah.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy.

For live plant products: if a plant arrives damaged, dead, or incorrect, report the issue to support@glamzah.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs. Verified claims are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Restrictions

Glamzah ships to residential and commercial addresses within all states of the United States. Delivery to P.O. Boxes may be subject to carrier limitations. Certain oversized items may require additional handling time, which will be indicated on the product page where applicable.

Tax and Import Duties Policy

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law. As all orders are shipped within the United States, no import duties apply.
