Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 Business Days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or order confirmation email, is required for all refund requests.

Live plant products are subject to separate conditions, described in the Damaged or Incorrect Items section below.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be in its original packaging.

The return request must be submitted within 14 Business Days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund.

Return Window

The return window is 14 Business Days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted. These situations include:

Items returned with obvious signs of use.

Items not in their original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error by Glamzah.

Items returned after the 14 Business Day return window has expired, where an exception has been approved.

Exchanges

Items are replaced only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact support@glamzah.com with the order number and clear photographs of the item received. Approved exchanges are processed after the claim has been reviewed and verified.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds cover the full amount paid for the returned item. As shipping is free on all orders, no shipping charges are involved in the refund calculation. Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error by Glamzah, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once a returned item is received and inspected, a notification email is sent confirming receipt of the item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 Business Days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the account may vary depending on the payment provider or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but has not been received:

First, check the bank account or payment method statement again.

Then, contact the credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

If these steps have been completed and the refund has still not been received, contact support@glamzah.com for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Live plants, unless they arrive damaged, dead, or incorrect (see Damaged or Incorrect Items below).

Gift cards, if offered.

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@glamzah.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

For live plant products: live plants are perishable and are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns. If a live plant arrives damaged, dead, or incorrect, report the issue to support@glamzah.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the plant and packaging. Verified claims are eligible for a refund or a replacement. A physical return of the plant may not be required; instructions will be provided after the claim is reviewed.

Artificial plants and garden decor items follow the standard 14 Business Day return conditions described above.

Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. The inspection verifies that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The outcome of the inspection determines whether a full refund, partial refund, or no refund is issued. Notification of the inspection outcome is sent by email.

For damaged, dead, or incorrect item claims, the inspection is based on the photographs and information submitted with the claim.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error by Glamzah, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For higher-value items, using a trackable shipping service is recommended, as Glamzah cannot issue a refund for a returned item that is not received.

Return address details are provided by the support team once a return request is approved. Do not send items back without first contacting support@glamzah.com.

Restocking Fees

Glamzah does not charge restocking fees on returned items.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with an order or a payment, contact support@glamzah.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, so the issue can be reviewed and resolved directly. Chargebacks filed while a refund or claim is already under review may delay the resolution process. Glamzah reserves the right to provide transaction records and delivery documentation to payment providers in the event of a payment dispute.

Return Contact Instructions

To start a return or refund request:

Email support@glamzah.com with the order number, the reason for the return, and photographs where applicable.

Wait for a response from the support team with approval and return instructions, including the return address.

Ship the item back using the instructions provided, within the timeframe stated in the approval email.

Support requests are answered during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT-09:00) Alaska Standard Time (AKST).
